The world music ensemble is a bunch of musos that get together for 1 hour per week to play music from all over the globe. We have people of single digit age right up to the seventies. We have a performance repertoire that is always expanding. We have recently worked on Klezmer music, and French waltzes that are centuries old. We perform tunes from Latin America, Spain, Eastern Europe, Russia, the Ukraine, the Middle East, Turkey and the British Isles. The arrangements are done with the players at hand and a focus is on improvising and creating music that is alive and spontaneous.

We invite players of any instrument to come and join us on Wednesdays afternoons from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Cost – $120 per term
